It is a festival unique to Saijo which is known as a sake brewery town.
You can taste different kinds of sake during the festival.

Hiroshima Food Festival
At this festival, stalls with delicious Hiroshima cuisine line the streets, promoting “produce local, consume local.” Gourmet from other countries is also introduced at the festival.
