At the Hiroshima Support Center for International Students, we provide international students with comprehensive support (acceptance/study and networking support/job search assistance).
To companies, we hope to ask for your kind cooperation and assistance through your recruitment of international students and in enabling such students to receive payment for scholarships, etc.
If you are with a company that is interested in exhibiting at joint multi-company informational sessions for international students, receiving interns, or recruiting international students, please contact the Hiroshima Support Center for International Students.
If you are with a company that is considering to make a donation for international student scholarship funds, please contact the Hiroshima International Center.
Internships and company observational tours can act as valuable opportunities for international students to observe work sites and to experience work at companies in Japan.
We conduct internships mainly over the summer vacation and winter vacation, and we conduct company observational tours from autumn to the beginning of the year.
As we will notify you of details on the Hiroshima Support Center for International Students website, etc., we ask that you contact us if you are with a company that is willing to accept students for such programs.
Such events are offered to provide a space in which participants, such as individuals from different companies and international students can network in a casual atmosphere, and they include networking events geared toward current students and international student alumni members.
We conduct seminars geared toward companies that are related to the recruitment and utilization of international student talent roughly 2 times a year.
As we provide more details on our website, etc., if you are with a company that is interested in recruiting international students, etc., we enthusiastically ask that you participate.
<End of the 2019 Fiscal Year>
We conduct job search informational sessions that are geared exclusively toward international students that wish to work in Japan 2 times a year (March and between July to September), and for each session, roughly 30 to 45 companies exhibit at such events.
We accept applications from this website from companies that wish to exhibit roughly around 3 months before such events are held.
At the Hiroshima International Center, we provide self-sponsored international students within Hiroshima Prefecture with scholarships that amount to 30,000 yen per month based on funding provided by companies.
For 1 share it is 360,000 yen, and for the fiscal year of 2019, we were able to provide scholarships to 52 individuals.
We ask for your kind cooperation so that we can provide scholarship funding to as many international students as possible.
