With the establishment of its Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Department in Ujina, Minami-ku in the city of Hiroshima, this school became a university in April of 2009.
In April of 2013, it established the Physiotherapy Major and Occupational Therapy Major courses for its Rehabilitation Department in Oozukahigashi, Asaminami-ku in the city of Hiroshima.
Furthermore, in April of 2014, it established its Faculty of Education Childhood Education Department in Ujina, Minami-ku in the city of Hiroshima.
Drawing on its founding principle of “combining spirit with practical skills,” it is engaged in fostering the growth of talented individuals rich in human character, and who can apply their superior knowledge and techniques to become the leaders of the future.
