オンライン大学進学説明会　当日のご案内　
Information on the day of the Online college info session

広島県内の９大学（１０学部）が集まる，オンライン大学進学説明会を，９月２日（金）・９月５日（月）に開催します。
参加申込をされた方は，当日までにこのページを読んで，どの大学の説明を聞くか決めておいてください。
An Online college info session for will be held on September 2nd(Fri)・September 5th(Mon), where 9universities(10 academic departments) in Hiroshima Prefecture will gather.
If you have applied for participation, please read this page by the day of the event and decide which university you will listen to.

●実施方法　Implementation method
・オンライン（Zoomを使用します。）Online (using Zoom)
・メインルームにて各大学の説明後、30分間程度、ブレイクアウトルームを設置します。個別相談することができます。
　After the explanation of each university in the main room, a breakout room will be available for about 30 minutes. Individual consultation is available.
　
●参加対象　Target Participants
・日本国内外の日本語学校・専門学校等に在籍し，2023年度に大学・大学院等への進学を希望する留学生
   International students who are enrolled in Japanese language schools or vocational schools in Japan or abroad and wish to enter universities or graduate schools in 2023. 
・日本国内外の日本語学校・専門学校等の教職員
　Teaching staff of Japanese language schools or vocational schools in Japan and abroad.

●参加に当たっての事前確認事項　Items to be confirmed in advance when participating
①参加大学に入学するためには，多くの大学で一定水準以上の「日本語能力」があることや「日本留学試験（EJU）」を受験し，一定水準以上の得点を得ておくことが条件になっています。
　In many cases, in order to enroll in any of the participant universities, you must have a certain level of "Japanese language ability" or take the "Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU)" to obtain a certain level of score.
②事前に，説明会に参加する大学の情報を確認しておいてください。当日の大学の説明の理解に役立ちます。
　Please check the information of the universities participating in the briefing session in advance. It will help you to understand the explanation of the university on the day.

※一部の大学については，後日，録画をYou Tubeで配信予定です。
For some universities, recordings will be distributed on YouTube at a later date.　

●留意事項 Points to note
①パソコンを使用する人は，Zoomのインストールは必要ありません。電子メールで送付した各大学のURLから入室してください。
　タブレットやスマートフォンを使用する人は，事前にZoomのインストールをする必要があります。iphoneまたはimacの場合はAppストア，andoroidの場合はGoogle Playから「Zoom」を検索して「ZOOM Cloud Meetings」アプリをインストールします。
　If you use a personal computer, you do not need to install Zoom. Please enter from the URL of each university sent by e-mail.
　Those who use tablets and smartphones need to install Zoom in advance. Search for "Zoom" from the App Store for iPhone or iMac, or Google Play for Android, and install the "ZOOM Cloud Meetings" app.

②各大学の説明は、メインルームで行います。ZoomURLを開いて、メインルームに入室してください。

③参加者の皆さんはZoomに入室後，名前を「名前＠国籍・学校名」にしてください。
　Participants should change their name to "Name @ Nationality・Schhol" after entering Zoom.
④質問する場合は、ミュートを解除してマイクをオンにするか、チャットに書きこんでください。
　To ask a question, unmute and turn on your microphone or write in chat and ask your question.
⑤メインルームにて各大学の説明後、３０分間程度，大学ごとのブレイクアウトルームを用意します。個別相談することができます。
　After the explanation of each university in the main room, a breakout room for each university will be available for about 30 minutes. Individual consultation is available.

●当日の対応Response on the day of the event
　セミナー当日，Zoomの操作がわからない，どこの大学を訪問したら分からないなど，質問がある人は，メインルームにチャットで質問してください。
　If you have any questions on the day of the seminar, such as those who do not understand how to operate Zoom, or who do not know which university to visit, please chat with us in the main room.
