【参加者募集/Participants Wanted!】ホームステイ・ホームビジット/ Homestay・Home visit Program

 

たくさんの申し込みがあったので、募集をしめきりました。

We are very sorry, but there were too many applicants so we have stopped accepting applications. 

 

広島に住む日本人家庭に行って、異文化交流しませんか？

広島県に住むボランティアホストファミリーの家にステイできます。きっと楽しい出会いが待っていますよ。ホストはひろしま国際センター（HIC）が紹介します。興味のある方は募集内容を確認して、申し込んでください。

日本の文化、言葉、食などを通して日本でしかできない経験をしましょう！

 

Are you interested in spending a wonderful time with a Japanese host family?

Hiroshima International Center(HIC) offers homestay or home visit opportunities to international students in Hiroshima. If you want to experience local Japanese culture, read the details of the application below and sign up.

Take the chance to have a uniquely Japanese experience through culture, language, cuisine etc!

 August 3 (Sat), August 4 (Sun), August 8 (Thu), August 9 (Fri)

 August 17 (Sat), August 18 (Sun), August 24 (Sat), August 25 (Sun)

時間/Time

ホームビジット（日帰り）：10：00～17：00ごろまで

ホームステイ（１泊２日）：15：00～翌日12：00ごろまで

 Home visit (one day) : 10：00～17：00

 Homestay (overnight stay) : 15：00～12：00, the next day

対象/Applicants

広島県の大学、短期大学や高等専門学校などに通う留学生  

International students from universities, junior colleges or technical colleges etc. in Hiroshima.

費用/Fee

原則食事代などは留学生負担  

As a general rule, international students pay a food fee.

＊Home visit (日帰り / One day)…1,500yen

＊Homestay (1泊2日/ Overnight stay)…3,000yen　

しめきり/Application deadline

2024年7月9日（火）July 9, 2024（Tue）

※申しこみが多い場合は、早くしめ切る可能性があります。

If there are too many applicants, we might move the application deadline earlier.

注意/Cation

このプログラムは留学生のためのものなので、留学生の家族は参加できません。家族を連れていきたい人は、まず一人で参加して、そのあとに（2回目以降）ホストファミリーの人と家族を連れてきても良いか直接相談してください。

This program is basically for international students so you cannot bring your family members. If you want to bring your family、 please participate alone first. After your visit、 you can discuss with a host family directly whether you can visit there with your family member.

 

参加までの流れPreparation

　1.　申し込みをしたあと、HICがホストファミリーとマッチングを行い、後日参加できるかどうか連絡します。

　2.　参加する留学生の情報（名前、出身国、性別、学校、食事制限）をホストファミリーに送ります。

　3.　留学生のみなさんに、ホストファミリーの情報を送ります。

　4.　ホストファミリーと留学生が直接連絡を取ってもらい、当日の待ち合わせ場所や持ち物を確認します。

　5.　オリエンテーション（Zoom）に参加します。

　6.　ホームステイ・ホームビジット実施！

 

　1.　After submitting your application, we will assign host families and let you know whether you can participate later date.

　2.　We will share participants’ information (name, nationality, gender identity, school, dietary restrictions) with their host family.

　3.　We will share host families’ information with participants.

　4.　We will have participants and their host families get in direct contact and confirm a meeting place/what to bring.

　5.　You will participate in an orientation(Zoom).

　6.　The homestays and home visits will begin!
