無料のシャトルバスで会場まで行きます。どこでバスに乗るか、申込みフォームで選ぶことができます。バスに乗りたい場所に集合してください。
A free shuttle bus will take you to the venue. You can select your boarding location on the application form. Please gather at the location you selected on the form.

What to Bring・Clothing

●室内用の靴（動きやすいもの。スリッパは不可）
●暖かく、動きやすい服装　　　　

【お知らせ】
室内でゲームを行います。室内用の靴がない場合は裸足での参加となります。

十分な積雪がある場合は屋外での雪遊びに変更となります。その場合は室内用の靴は不要ですが、代わりにレインコート・長靴・手袋（あれば防水のもの）などが必要となります。

持ち物や服装については後日あらためてご連絡します。

●Indoor sports shoes (like sneakers, not slippers)
●Warm, comfortable, and easy-to-move-in clothing

Notice:
We will play games indoors. If you don’t bring indoor shoes, you will join barefoot.

If there is enough snow, the activity may be moved outdoors instead, in which case indoor shoes are not needed and raincoat, waterproof boots and gloves will be required instead.

We will provide updated information about what to bring closer to the event date.

交流会（神楽鑑賞、衣装の試着・参加者による歌や踊りの披露）/Exchange activity (watching “Kagura” dance, try on Kagura costumes, performance by international participants: songs and dances from their home countries)

12:30-13:30
昼食/Lunch

13:30-15:30
室内スポーツ雪合戦・日本の遊び体験/Indoor sports snowball fight game, Japanese traditional games experiences

16:00
加計高校芸北分校 出発/Departure from Geihoku Branch of Hiroshima Prefectural Kake Senior High School

Other Information

• 天気によっては、変更・中止になる可能性があります。
  Event is subject to change/cancellation due to weather conditions.　　
• 当日撮影した写真は、後日当センターや学校の広報などで使用します。また、テレビ等の取材が入る場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
  Photos taken on the day may be used later by HIC or the school for publicity purposes. Please be aware that media coverage, such as television filming, may also take place.
• 昼食は参加費に含まれます。
  Lunch is included in participation fee.
• キャンセルするとき、集合場所を変えるときは、必ず連絡をしてください。
  Please make sure to contact us if you need to cancel or change the meeting place.
• 体調が良くない方は、参加を控えてください。
  If you are not feeling well, please refrain from participating.
