＊Choosing one of these 3 themes, please make a video to attract international students to study abroad in Hiroshima.

【Possible video contents】※But not limited to these ideas. Video title has no required format.

・Benefits of being an international student in Hiroshima.

・Struggles you experienced/how you overcame them, advice to future 　international students

・Your daily life as an exchange student (apartment, food, part-time job, friends,

　commute, how you spend your days off)

・Attractions of your school (school’s features, classes, the library, the cafeteria, 　clubs）

・Attractions of your city/town/region（shopping, food, festivals, etc.)

Qualification

広島県内の留学生（個人，グループでも応募できます）

 Foreign students living in Hiroshima Prefecture (You can apply as an individual or a group.)

動画について

Video creation method

・動画を投稿するときは，自分で付けたタイトルの最初に 「＃広島留学」 又は 「＃Study Abroad in Hiroshima」など母国語で広島留学を意味する言葉を入力すること。

・セリフを入れる場合は原則として，「母国語音声」で作成し「日本語または英語字幕」を入れること。（「日本語音声or英語音声」で作成し，「母国語字幕」を入れてもOK。）

・時間は30秒～３分程度。　※短くてもいいです。

・動画内に静止画像を入れることもできます。

・Make up any title you would like. However if uploading the video to social media, be sure to include the hashtag 【#広島留学】at the beginning of the video title, as well as other hashtags referring to studying abroad in Hiroshima in your native language, such as 【#Study Abroad in Hiroshima】.

・When inserting lines, as a general rule, have the audio be in 【your native language】, and include 【Japanese or English subtitles】. (It is also fine that audio is in 【Japanese or English】, and subtitles is in 【your native language】)

・The video must between 30 seconds and 3 minutes long. (Short is okay)

・You may also include still images in the video.

応募方法

Application method

①か②のどちらかの方法で応募してください。Please apply either way ① or ②

①SNSアカウントがある人

自分のアカウントで動画共有サイトに動画をアップロードする（YouTube ・Weibo・その他のSNS）
→応募フォームに入力する　（https://bit.ly/3TRegeW ）

②SNSアカウントがない人

DVD/CD/USBメモリに動画を入れる

→ 応募用紙に記入 （このページの下からダウンロードできます。）

→郵便で送る

※CD，DVD，USBメモリは返却しません。

①　Upload the video to a video hosting website(YouTube, Weibo, other SNS)

  → Enter information into an application form. （ https://bit.ly/3TRegeW ）

②　Save the video on a DVD/CD/USB memory stick.

→Fill out written application form (can be downlaoded below this page) 

→ Mail it.　

※CDs, DVDs and USB memory sticks will not be returned.

・自己紹介や応募者などの個人が特定される情報は入れないでください。

・他の同様の動画コンテストへ応募した，または応募予定の動画は応募できません。

・誹謗中傷などにつながる動画，公序良俗に反するような動画は応募できません。

・In the case of using copyrighted material (music etc.), you are required to receive official permission before using it.

・In the case of an unrelated person appearing in the video, you must receive permission from said individual(s).

・You must not include any self-introductions or other information which will reveal the identities of anyone in the video or of the applicant.

・You may not apply with a video that has already been or is scheduled to be submitted to another video contest.

・You may not apply with a video which contains/is connected to slander of any kind, or that is at odds with public

　policy.

・申请第三方反映的电影时，请务必事先获得该人的许可。

・请勿在申请视频中插入为申请人等个人指定的信息，例如自我介绍。

・不允许提交给其他类似视频竞赛或计划进入的视频。

・不允许导致诽谤，违反公共秩序和道德的电影视频。

Những mục chú ý

・Khi sử dụng tài liệu (ví dụ bản nhạc) có đăng kí bản quyền thì phải xin được quyền sử dụng từ chủ sở hữu tài liệu hay bản nhạc đó.

・Khi có người không liên quan xuất hiện trong video, nhất thiết phải có được sự đồng ý của người đó.

・Không để lộ thông tin cá nhân của người dự thi trong video.

・Các tác phẩm đã gửi hoặc có dự định gửi đi để tham dự các cuộc thi video tương tự khác, thì không hợp lệ.

・Video có nội dung vu khống, gây rối trật tự công cộng v.v... hay vi phạm đạo đức thì không hợp lệ.
